想請教低碳飲食吃足熱量的問題 - 健身

最近在研究碳循環飲食
在低碳日的時候遇到一個問題
我一日的TDEE是2000 x0.8大概是1600
低碳日的食物如下
早餐 燕麥+乳清蛋白 260卡
午餐 鯛魚80卡 雞胸 160卡 一大碗蔬菜50卡
晚餐 牛肉片190卡 鯛魚60卡 蔬菜50卡
整天吃下來只有850卡
每餐都已經吃夠飽了
就算再配一份堅果頂多也才1100卡
想請問該怎麼樣才容易吃足熱量1600
