重回訓練後痠痛未止該不該接著練 - 健身

我之前有自己蝦78練一年多
後來因為別的事情耽擱了,最近重回健身懷抱
雖然已經有預料到會肌肉痠痛,也至少降了原訓練的一半左右重量
但還是感覺那個痠,ph值(?)突破天際
第一天我練胸二頭
第二天練腿,因為錯開所以還好
但後面有點發難,一個輪迴剩下的
大約是背、肩、三頭之類的上肢動作
但我體感已經手臂還不能伸直,長袖穿起來唉唉叫,走路要扶著扶手
你們這樣會怎麼安排第三天或之後的訓練呢
1.照練(狠人)
2.休息到可以接受的程度(可能一兩天後)再練
3.到幾乎退痠再練
4.放棄了,我就爛
