想請教有氧的時間 效果差別 - 健身

對有氧有幾點還不大明白
想請教一下各位~
(目前都跑跑步機 坡度調1 速度6-9之間)
1.如果「速度6.5跑45分鐘」跟「速度7.8跑32分鐘」
然後跑步機顯示的消耗熱量一樣
45分鐘的會比較燃脂嗎?
因為我之前都跑45分鐘 但覺得有點久
所以就改到32分鐘左右 然後跑快一點
2.一次跑70分鐘 跟一天分兩次跑35分鐘
效果會差很多嗎 如果平均速度都一樣
3.
我跑個20分鐘 有點累休息5分鐘
再跑20分鐘
跟直接跑40分鐘的效果會有差嗎
會不會因為沒有30分鐘燃脂效果斷掉了?
