想請教練屁屁的方法! - 健身

最近請叫了幾位學長,都不是在健身房請教的
礙於問的地點吧,好像也沒辦法實際演練給我看
例如甚麼硬舉、跑步的姿勢....等
所以想要來這邊請教各位大大!
像是跑步我會注意的好像都只是基本的,像是挺直,不要駝背
學長教得又好抽象,是說叫我跑步時注意自然手擺動帶動身體
不是只是靠腿的肌耐力去跑
想請問有其他方式可以練嗎?
我想練屁屁上面那一塊(打籃球的好像都特別俏)
當然讓屁屁尖挺的下緣也要練!像置底省錢阻力法裡有Bridge我也有學著做
請問還有甚麼方式可以練屁屁嗎?
我本身因為瘦了屁股變得更沒肉,現在還是有有氧的習慣
但更注意雕塑一些部位,每天也喝非常多豆漿、盡力補充蛋白質
像是手臂就有成效(但給同學看同學都說好噁心...)
我的基本資料
身高160.3
體重43~44
體脂16.6~17.5(這附近跑)
另外想請問,做無氧練屁屁可以增加屁股的肌肉讓他變更大嗎?
希望可以有影片或是圖片,太抽象我真的看不太懂!
