最近伸展的突破 - 健身

話說阿龍我每次跑完步都會花點時間做伸展,
反正旁邊總會有個瑜珈大哥在,不問白不問,
跟著練點肌肉伸展的觀念也是不錯,
我走雜學路線,也就是什麼都玩一點。
不過我還蠻懶的,
仗恃著自己的柔軟度還不錯,
在不要太痛的情況下我都會每天試著挑戰我的極限,
而且大哥都直接教我一些比較不是基礎的動作。
最近的達到的成果是
1) 直立時向下彎,目前已經可以做到頭偶爾碰到膝蓋,
手掌平放貼地不是問題,
手可以碰從後方另外一側的腳跟(例如. 左手碰右腳)
腿基本上是直的。
2) 坐姿體前彎頭可以碰膝蓋。
3) 盤腿前壓,頭可以碰地。
基本上我練了幾個會開骨盤的動作,
當然以前是不知道啦,
這幾天瑜珈大哥教我新動作才跟我講那些是開骨盤的。
(Oh! NO! 哪個女生希望骨盤被轉開阿)
(當然是屁股越小越好阿)
所以最近有在新練幾個動作可以伸展肌肉兼收骨盤,
下次再來分享給大家好了。
