想進步到4分速,步伐的問題 - 健身

一直以來都是輕鬆跑5000,一週大約跑4~5天
跑步差不多是5分~6分速,沒特別詳細計算,只有偶而計算
身高是192,體重是108,想要突破三位數
已經停滯了大約2~3個月,重訓也是有在做,沒跑步天氣差的時候就重訓
想說把跑步的強度加大,拉到4分速,看看會不會有比較好的減重效果
另一方面也是覺得自己似乎跑的有點慢,至於四分速
在我跑的時候有一次有量出4分半的速度,那次的狀況很好
而且那次我用的步伐比較小,大概就像小碎步那種感覺
然後很輕鬆的就跑完5000,而且時間相當的快,感覺流的汗量也多很多
而平常正常跑的步伐是較大的,反而覺得比較累,但流的汗量普通
之後想重置那天那樣小步伐的跑法,一直不是很成功
往往是跑了2~3000之後就感覺沒力了,沒法像那天一樣感覺很輕鬆
想請教如果要簡單的提速的話,是不是改為步伐小一點會比較好
(ps:感覺對身體的負擔似乎也較小)
