最近瘦到美體版的深蹲文影響
開始做這個影片的五個動作http://youtu.be/NMqeJdfboN4
外加練腹肌的動作(躺在地上 腳慢慢抬高到與身體垂直)
不過練了大概三天吧 下腹開始悶悶痛痛的
以前沒有每天練腹肌的習慣
想請問一下 這種狀況應該是要先休息到不痛再開始繼續練
還是說這是正常現象 要繼續做下去比較好呢
