想釐清些關於減脂的問題 - 健身

一直以來我的健身總是有一搭沒一搭的
沒有計劃性的訓練以及課表,也沒控制飲食
導致前陣子稍微忙了點就全然荒廢,整個人也腫了一大圈
這陣子下定決心要開始認真對自己的身材體態負責了
我爬了板上水肥哥、宅花媽的文章,還有看了AF的Kevin、成吉思汗館長、Tao的影片
大致上對於如何達到自己的目標已經有了初步的概念跟方向
但有一點讓我很混亂的是:
如果我的目標是以減脂為主的話,到底有沒有做有氧運動的必要?
(我先承認我就是不愛做有氧= =)
水肥哥的「力量訓練456」這篇文章中有提到,比起重訓,有氧運動對於減脂來說相當
沒有效率,而我也有印象水肥哥幾次推文中也提到,他有朋友光做力量訓練7個月減掉
好幾公斤的脂肪。
而我看Kevin的增肌減脂影片中也有提到,所謂的增肌減脂其實只差在"吃"而已,而這個
吃取決於碳水化合物以及總熱量多寡的攝取,並且教你算一天的基礎值,吃的低於基礎值
就可以減脂(減重),反之則會增肌(增重),有氧運動可以不用刻意安排。
但我亦看過文章說減脂一定要配合大量的有氧運動,因為有氧運動才會"燃燒"體內的三酸
甘油脂,只重訓與控制飲食只能消耗體內的肝醣能量,增加代謝,但無法消除體脂肪與內
臟脂肪。
所以說減脂到底有沒有必要去做有氧運動呢?還是說其實只要有足夠強度的重訓與飲食控
制,提高代謝,並且每天吃在一天需求熱量以下,這樣身體便會消耗脂肪,達到減脂效果
呢?
文有點長,希望肌肉版的各位巨巨們替小弟解惑
