晚餐:通常也都是便當啦因為附近沒有甚麼特別好吃XDDD
又或者牛肉麵之類 跟午餐都會大同小異

日常作息時間:通常早上都七 八點要配合上課時間
然後上課 讀書
晚上去健身房運動一小時 主要是讀書為重所以比較少
然後回家再看點書 大概十二點~一點睡

運動習慣:我去健身房會先做重訓 我只做四個 上臂兩個與腹部兩個
因為我不知道那些肌肉名稱怕打出來出糗
再來三十分鐘我會用跑步機 跑三十分鐘上下
速度大約都在六左右
我的問題:我本人看起來有點肉(怕PO照片被噓爆..
尤其是下半身腿的部分 我的小腿很粗 我不知道算肌肉還是肥肉
我的大腿都是肌肉 我覺得這樣比例很怪
我比較希望上半身能壯碩點
然後下半身就是比較苗條點 不會有特別突出的肌肉
因為是新手還請大家不要噓太用力
