愛吃鬼有什麼辦法不愛吃 - 健身

自己喜愛運動,
但就是太愛吃,
學不會控制,
所以一直胖。
又特別愛麵條,
比方說一天中午吃了一碗紅燒麵,
肚子不餓了但嘴還是饞,
所以又點了一碗陽春麵。
等到晚上,
吃了一碗麵覺得好吃,
雖然不餓但是嘴饞,
所以就吃了三碗……
有沒有辦法讓自己不喜歡吃這些,
或者什麼撇步可以減少食量呢?
我自己目前覺得有效的方法有喝咖啡,
喝了咖啡就比較不想吃東西,
但是晚上不能喝咖啡。
還有吃完飯就刷牙,
刷了牙就比較不想吃東西。
