感冒兩天胖3kg... - 健身

各位大家早

本人最近因感冒深感其擾

禮拜一早上量67-68

結果晚上跑步後看醫生吃藥狂喝熱水後

昨天晚上量竟然變71

早上變70

只不過一天沒運動欸

(之前都幾乎每天有氧加核心)

請問是水腫嗎

有沒有的救....

推文有正解了啦,其實就是水腫而已 水腫是有個上限的,不會一直堆積上去 長年不運動外食重口味的人,早早水腫就已經飽和了 所以只要他熱量沒有另外增加的情況下 當然水腫情況也不會改變,脂肪量也不會改變 也就是原po說的and#34;到了一定程度之後就維持不變 不會發胖and#34; 但是有在運動和飲食控 ...
