昨天有高手灌頂之後
感覺自己很強
今天就趕快來試試看
早上吃了水果+饅頭+無糖豆漿
中午吃了便當
(多菜+過水)
不過好餓
一直都感覺好餓
可是我跟平常得量差不多阿
可是感覺有點心情很低弱
整個嚇到我了
我想原來改變還是要慢慢來
PS.
我原本要PO文前很害怕
1.是怕沒人理
2.是怕別人酸
不過
大家人都很好
我也有收到信
有關經驗得
謝謝大家

不過我想我可能太急了
我習慣得吃法大改變
可能真得很沒安全感
所以從晚上開始在跟以前一樣
然後從小地方開始改變
至於運動也會加強得
--
我發現
自己還真不是當個好人的料
因為
沒人期待我做個好人
