基本資料
性別:男
年齡:26
身高:174
體重:73
BMI:24
體脂率:之前80kg時量為28,不過有一小段時間沒量了

三餐內容
早餐:燕麥 + 豆漿(or 阮經天廣告那個燕麥飲品 + 巧克力脆片 泡成一杯約500 c.c
午餐:正常吃,通常吃公司周圍,飯、麵類
晚餐:蔬果類(通常是兩根小黃瓜配上紅蘿蔔,頂多加點鹽,不沾沙拉醬) + 優酪乳約
500 c.c
其他:不太吃零食,飲料偶爾,但是頻率不高,偶爾睡前會喝點小酒
日常作息時間:晚上十二點左右睡,早上八點起床
生活型態:上班族(工程師,一整天坐在椅子上
運動習慣:每天約100個伏地挺身 + 100個仰臥起坐
每兩天跑一次步,每次1hr,約7km~8km
睡前拉筋,把全身的筋都拉過一次
(以前球隊的那些拿來做,睡前伸展一下蠻舒服的)
我的問題:之前當兵的時候減掉了15kg左右,現在開始上班想要緩步的減輕體重,
約一個月2kg左右吧
這樣的運動量或是吃的東西有什麼問題嗎?
最近有打算買啞鈴來練一下,可能會規劃一下每天做不同的運動菜單吧
我的目標是希望能慢慢的減到約65kg左右
