體脂率:44
三餐內容
早餐:小地瓜兩個 +無糖豆漿 OR 饅頭+無糖豆漿
午餐:自助餐(兩道菜加半碗飯加一隻雞腿)+每朝
晚餐:自助餐(兩道菜+半碗飯+一塊魚)
其他:大概很想咬東西時都會買小七得蒟蒻吃...一天大概一次...習慣喝茶不喝水
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
大概12點睡早上9點多起床...是延畢學生所以沒啥上課壓力
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
學生
運動習慣:修兩門體育課(都在健身房)
體育課:
20分鐘踩腳踏車
10分鐘踩樓梯
15分鐘的重訓
一個禮拜還會找一天:
騎半個小時得腳踏車'
(都調最輕得)
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我在好幾年前跟一年前都有激烈得減肥體重都大概到七十可是不到一年就會回到90
所以這次決定一定要持久...加上去量自己體脂之後有深刻得嚇到
我目前想問得是
我在健身房得運動這樣時間分配對嗎
我大概要多久以後在增加時間
而且我體育課是晚上5點到7點
我都是七點吃晚餐
這時候我要多注意些甚麼
請求各位高手幫助了!!
