在板上潛水了一段時間
得到了許多關於瘦身的正確知識
從三月開始斷斷續續地開始運動
正常飲食慢慢地減掉自己因為寫論文增加的體重,
可能是因為自己飲食的量沒特別減少的關係吧
到今天為止只減掉了大概2.5公斤左右,還有六公斤要奮戰。
雖然很漫長成效也不大但看到自己曲線的變化還有因為慢跑
漸漸變好的體力和較為結實的雙腿其實還滿有成就感的。
但是,最近的這段時間卻因為受到朋友N在一個月快速瘦身
十公斤成果的影響,感覺到特別的沮喪!
朋友從五月初開始減肥,
每天大概攝取五百卡洛里(我一餐的量吧)
到六月中的今天就減了十一公斤!!
看到他急遽變小的身體就覺得特別的羨慕啊!!!
相形之下我就顯得很沒成果.......
又常常聽到別人跟我說N減肥成功囉~
我現在在別人眼中應該是就是個沒自制力的胖子吧~
(這部分對我來說壓力最大)
不過羨慕歸羨慕拉,我還是決定
照自己的方式慢慢的瘦下來~
儘管成果很慢很慢~慢到我有點沮喪,..........
