新年新希望 能恢復到不要腫的狀態就好
晚上沒有事就會去慢跑 有跑的這幾天下來發現
自己的意志還是不夠 每每頂多跑個40分鐘就草草結束了
<可能自己都是跑小操場吧>
到這邊想請教個問題!!
慢跑的強度<速度及長度> 是不是跟 消耗熱量 成正比????
以大概的概念 應該是
如果體能條件允許 大家會建議 每次慢跑 都跑到「力竭」嗎??
簡單說跑到累的跟狗一樣
