有人覺得我太唬爛了,順暢跑兩個小時算什麼建議,又不是跑馬拉松。
依照原po的問法,是在持續時間與跑步速度兩者之間擇一,
根據所提供的體重,假設跑操場,頻繁繞圈下,
目前的肌肉必定不適合追求速度的跑法,一陣子過後有機會急/慢性拉傷。
以順暢跑兩小時為目標,這個建議隱含不追求速度,只追求持續時間的含意。
以原po練跑的過程來看,他是知道怎麼摸索漸漸進步的,
但在沒有系統性田徑訓練的機會下,要如何有效的提昇心肺耐力和肌耐力,
以應付往後追求速度的練習法? 同時又要有效的降低體脂肪?
A板友建議的LSD是很好的方式,我只是省略成精簡的一句話,
原po已經能不太喘的跑完四十分鐘,那連續跑一小時也只是一兩個禮拜以後的事情,
建議他以連續跑兩小時為目標,並不奇怪,
請不必過度解讀過度反應。
