我的速度很慢,一圈 400 跑 4 分鐘。之前速度快一點但是太容易喘,應該是心肺
太糟糕。為了能跑久一點,我就把速度變慢。現在可以連續八圈不大會喘,但是
問題就是速度實在太慢。我慢跑一方面想減重,一方面想在年底路跑個 9K,所以
提昇速度是必要的。
我在想自己跑快一點點腳就容易痠、人也容易喘,除了心肺不佳外,肌力弱可能也是
原因。看到亞瑟王在上文提到鍛鍊肌群,想順便請問一下有無在家裡可以做的肌肉
鍛鍊?因為上班、家裡附近都剛好沒有健身房...
