各位大大們好~
請問~我慢跑都不會喘是正常的嘛...
我速度大概23分5000m
不過心跳還蠻快的,我是以減脂為目的,看版上很多都是說130心跳以上,這樣應該有達到,不過不會非常喘欸...
這樣有達到效果嘛...
順便問一下... 是不是慢跑會消耗肌肉...??我是平常有在做重訓,想保持肌肉量,是不是跑後要補充蛋白質? 還是說平常時間補充? 目前採少量多餐
