大家好~~~
因為之前受傷 慢跑停滯了半年
最近又可以開始動了!!!!!!
主要是想問慢跑呼吸的問題
目前持續跑兩個星期
5km/40min 不知這樣會不會太慢@@
自己想要慢慢增加至10km (希望是70~80min可以跑完)
有時總覺得體力還很夠 但呼吸變很喘 就無法再繼續跑下去
我試過吸吸吐吐 會有點換不過氣
有人說吐慢一點 但好像氣很快就沒了= =... 忍不住馬上再吸一大口!!
想請問板上長跑的人 呼吸方式??
還是說每個人都有自己的方式 需要自行慢慢調整?
另外有聽過跑步時可以將身體往前傾一點
意思是指只有上半身往前? 還是整個人往前?
記得這之前板上有討論 但找不到文章~~
