跑步後膝蓋很痛 會造成永久性損傷嗎? - 健身

各位前輩好 晚生是個學生 有在貴板跟沙灘板潛水爬文
但有關跑步的問題還是存有一些困惑...
平常下課會去健身房運動 部分的時間都在慢跑
大約跑50分鐘 9.0速 2.0坡 心跳160 一趟大概是7000公尺
男生 身高167 體重61
如果一周連續跑超過三天 雙膝都會很痛
但是如果補充一些營養食品和葡萄糖胺 很快夠可以恢復
只是常常聽人耳語說膝蓋是消耗性的 只要磨光了 下半輩子就沒得用了
而且膝蓋會痛是不爭的事實 心是越來越慌...QQ
請問我應該減少長度跟強度 或是間隔一天休息 或用其他方式或器材做有氧呢
(雖然是這樣說 但看公園阿伯一跑就2小時 總覺得自己真是奧肖年- -|||)
