大家好,最近都在練跑準備高雄馬,但說很困擾我的是:我的腳指頭和指甲內長起水泡,請問大家會有相同困擾嗎?我穿美津濃的支撐型跑鞋,搭配運動襪,通常都慢跑1~2小時。謝謝大家
