運動後可迅速改善飢餓的食物 - 健身

因為現在是下班直接去健身房運動,
運動前一小時會吃一點水果跟點心(午餐留下來的),
雖然運動前是不餓的,
但運動後往往已經過了吃飯時間(約七、八點)
健身房除了一樓接待大廳以外是不能進食的,
而我從那邊回家也要近30分鐘,
往往運動完洗好澡回到家都已經餓到不行,
由於我的胃不太好~"~ 經不起長時間那樣餓肚子...
所以打算在健身房的一樓大廳先吃點東西,
希望是有營養但是又方便攜帶的,畢竟人在外面比較不方便~
以前有人給我過一種堅果棒,好像叫什麼...加拿大的Taste of Nature,
好像滿不錯的,缺點是貴又難買orz...
想問說有沒有其他推薦的東西呢?
