慢跑完收操及小腿關係 - 健身

原本擔心慢跑會讓小腿變粗,
所以剛剛爬了一堆文章,
大家都是說不會變粗有比較放心一點,
但是不是剛開始慢跑都會使小腿變粗呢?
最近發現小腿比之前還粗壯,
不知道是不是沒有收操的關係,
我跑完馬上就停下來了,
另外所謂的收操是該怎麼收?
沒收操會造成小腿形狀不好看嗎?
