核心肌群的訓練安排 - 健身

目前我的訓練方式是重訓+有氧
重訓是一天“胸+肩膀+三頭”
一天“大腿+小腿+腹部”
一天“背部+二頭”
重訓完如果時間許可會接有氧 通常是跑步機40分鐘
如果時間上可配合飛輪課程 那天就會只上飛輪 不做重訓 當作純有氧運動
現在覺得自己該加強核心肌肉的訓練
爬了很多文後 決定選擇去上瑜珈提斯以及做抗力球訓練
但不知道核心肌群的訓練可以跟其他部位的重訓擺在同一天做嗎?
還是如果那一天做了核心肌群訓練後就不建議再練其他部位了?
不過如果這樣的話 就要再獨立一天出來練核心肌群
這樣我再努力一個星期最多也只能把課表做完一輪><
另外 練腹部的天數是不是建議要多一點呢?
