慢跑對於肩膀的情況 - 健身

是這樣子的,小弟從二月開始進行慢跑的運動,一週持續四~五天,
會根據當天的身體狀況決定當日慢跑的距離都在於6K-8K之間,時速在1H 6K-6.4K
只是最近遇到一種狀況是在於,明明大腿的四頭肌與呼吸都還在可以接受的範圍
不算特別疲勞,只是會覺得肩膀到手的部份會發麻,導致不太舒服,在慢跑期間
有沒有辦法做點什麼樣的舒緩呢? 因為我的感覺是應該還可以繼續進行慢跑的
就是肩膀發麻的問題讓人不太舒服啊...不然跑步的距離我覺得是可以繼續拉長的
有請各位大大協助小弟解惑 ...m(_ _)m
