最近我常跟一個對健身頗有興趣的同事聊天
因為我一直以來都有運動的習慣
(原po 156/43 習慣每週上健身房4-5天 每次慢跑5K40分+其他有氧器材30分+偶爾重訓)
8年前曾經我是個很胖很胖的女生 (65up->43)
會寫up是因為我量到65公斤之後就不敢再量體重
但是那都是過去的事了
還沒接觸fitness版的時候 減肥的前幾年我靠著節食+偶爾運動瘦下近20kg
但是工作之後也許因為年紀增長悄悄復胖了3,4公斤
後來接觸了fitness版 我看了置底文 開始了我運動減肥的日子
持續運動近一年 我以很緩慢的速度的又從47,48公斤瘦到現在的43公斤
(現在體脂肪約20~22%)
我雖然每天記錄自己吃了甚麼東西,多少熱量 一定吃超過基代
但我其實很少餓肚子 基本上是想吃甚麼就吃甚麼(鹽酥雞高熱量的都照吃@@)
因為如此同事們都覺得我很厲害 很多減肥的事情都會來請教我
我也會把fitness置底文裡面一些重要的觀念告訴她們
包括:澱粉一定要吃,澱粉沒有錯;慢跑不會讓你腿變粗;女生重訓不會變成金剛芭比
諸如此類的重要觀念
但我有位同事 他本身對健身也頗有心得(他的身材練得很好 以下簡稱A)
今天和他討論到慢跑腿會不會變粗這件事情
A不斷跟我堅稱慢跑小腿會長肌肉變粗 不然為什麼很多很會慢跑的阿北小腿都超級粗勇
我說不可能啊,慢跑又不是重訓哪有可能長肌肉,就算真的長也是很有限
看起來小腿粗應該是因為上面覆蓋著脂肪吧,我對我的下半身還是很不滿意,
我的大小腿都偏粗,但我還是堅持要繼續跑,因為我相信脂肪最後會消掉
A就說那如果沒消掉呢?是不是小腿就變很粗壯了...
我囧了 我說如果真的是小腿長肌肉,那你都不跑它就會消了吧
A還是堅持己見,因為他認為在路上看到很多很會慢跑的阿北小腿都很粗勇.....
此外我有個同事,簡稱B女
B女 身高166體重56 體脂肪25%up
但是她看起來卻比她實際體重要重 目測身材算蠻肉的
我覺得她是因為體脂肪過高造成的
我建議她可以重訓搭配有氧 這樣可以更有效率的減肥減脂
她努力了很久 半年以上 可是不曉得是因為吃太多還是運動太少 感覺沒有明顯的成效
同事A就說 不要重訓 萬一重訓了肌肉長出來怎麼辦 看起來會更大隻
我說女生是能長多大塊的肌肉?她重訓了不起練練線條+提升有氧減肥的效率
同事A說 B女力氣很大 這是她天生有比較多肌肉的證明
我說 不對阿 如果她天生肌肉多 體脂肪怎麼可能這麼高 也不太可能變胖了吧
我真的跟他辯得很累..@@ 我到底該怎麼跟他講..關於慢跑腿變粗和重訓減肥變大隻
我想我的論點應該沒有錯吧
