三餐內容
早餐:一般早餐店 蛋餅,吐司夾肉,漢堡....等等+一杯飲料店豆漿
午餐:自助餐或者便當,或者炒飯..等等 就在學校餐廳吃(外食)
晚餐:家裡煮的,盡量吃菜+半碗飯
其他:一天內除了早餐豆漿,都是喝水,有買飲料喝無糖的
日常作息時間:12點睡,7~8點起床
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:慢跑,快走 一週至少3次,最多5次 平常六日都打籃球。
我的問題: 過年的時候吃太多,那時候體重最重到68,這3個禮拜就快走或慢跑,
現在是65,之前有前一天65,隔一天測量又66,怪怪的。
運動當初則是,慢跑或快走25分鐘,慢慢+到30分鐘,但我發覺我每天
體力很難掌握,之前有跑過時速9 30MIN,有時候很累像快掛了,有時候就撐
得下去,今天因為上禮拜六日打球太累,身體有點酸,就時速6.5 40MIN,
快走我自己用手測量心跳才100~110(但今天有點小喘)。
有些人說我的身體要有線條要重訓,體重正常,但不知道是否有時間上
健身房,可能需要打工,以前都太急,現在就是學著別太在意,慢慢養成
運動習慣了。
想請各位板友建議我了,不知道上健身房重訓是否能比較能有線條?
