在前前前前一篇(我有算錯嗎)
提到海帶,我今天剛好想問海帶的問題
我在吃的時候,不知道把它算哪一類的食物!!
"好像"有聽過它是蛋白質類@@
以我目前學的生物,只知道藻類是植物前身??是嗎?
它有細胞壁有葉綠素
是蔬菜嗎?這樣好像又有點怪

假如我口渴就喝水,我覺得我一天可能會喝到3000cc以上上!!!
不過我大約喝3000cc左右吧
雖然平常宣導的水量是大約2500cc
可是每個人所需還是差距很大的樣子
有時候我覺得從臉好像可以看需水量
感覺不怎麼長痘痘的人,他們喝水都很少
我問過一個朋友
幾乎不長,他說他喝太多(可能是我的四分之一吧)水,真的就很不舒服,幾乎都喝飲料
而我還滿會長痘痘的,可能平均一小時喝200cc
一天活動時間16小時@@
