慢跑後為什麼只有左腳特別酸? - 減肥

最近因為想減肥所以到家裡附近的公園慢跑~
我發現跑完之後左腳都會比右腳來的酸,而且在跑步的當下會明顯覺得左腳的小腿前側
跟小腿後側小腿肚下方的肌肉有酸及再用力的感覺,可是右腳完全沒有這樣的感覺
,請問這是代表我的慣用腳是右腳所以左腳比較沒力?還是我的慣用腳就是左腳所以左腳
在跑步時用力較多所以特別酸?或是根本就是我的姿勢錯誤....
我越跑越擔心...QQ
