體脂肪終於降了 - 減肥

原po是大二學生,上學期每周都會固定運動3次
其中兩次運動的強度比較強,偏向心肺耐力的加強(常常到180左右/分鐘)
是要拯救從指考開始就慘不忍睹的身材(171/70)
尤其我骨架小,變胖了很快就會被人發現(而且每次都胖臉QQ)
這樣一個學期下來,整體來說有變瘦變成65.8公斤,但天殺的體脂率還沒降下來阿阿
仍然保持的跟之前的一樣19.1%
後來就好好省思自己的運動習慣,然後在寒假時參加寒訓調整一下步伐
寒訓為期9天,早上要跑完6公里(不限時間),下午要做技術訓練
我只去了三天回到家就被家人發現我很明顯的變瘦(那時候真的很爽)
跑步真的很有用,不過總共我只去了6天因為太累了....
不過體重還是保持在65左右,應該是體脂肪降下來了
但放完年假,體重又回到原點了!!!
自己翻過年時拍的照片,頭低一點就跑出雙下巴
家人也說我真的又變回原來比較胖的樣子
後來又發生了一些事讓我受到很大的刺激想要減肥
就參考置底的文章照本宣科的做
早上吃 火腿蛋三明治(不加美乃滋)/漢堡/外面買的麵包 配 上一杯豆漿(500cc)
午餐 幾乎吃自助餐,大部分是青菜也沒有過水,但比之前吃的分量少3成左右
晚餐 大燕麥片+200~300克的青菜(偶爾有點肉或蛋)
消夜 水果(奇異果或蘋果)
消夜是不得已的,因為運動完真的很餓想吃點東西
每週固定兩次運動,跟上學期的一樣
這樣下來一週(到3/11號)去量體重一樣維持在65,但體脂率掉到11%了!!超級爽!!
昨天也去量了一下,體重少了0.4公斤,體脂肪總重也少了0.4公斤,體脂率到10.4%了
家人也都說我變瘦很多,我想主要是飲食真的要控制
晚餐真的是重點,盡量不要碰澱粉類的
適當的運動也絕對不能忽略!
我想我以後應該會繼續維持晚餐不碰澱粉幫助維持體重吧!
減肥好處真的很多,不僅胃口變小省伙食費
也讓自己變得更好看,自己也比較有自信......
