之前看了一本書 是說早上運動之後 會讓人整天精神都很好
於是最近我也開始晨跑了
我晚上十二點睡 早上六點起床
然後大約跑個20分鐘
自己會有點喘 也會流很多汗
今天是我晨跑的第二天
但是我發現精神並沒有變得比較好
會覺得跑完後還想在睡覺的感覺
請問這是過度期嗎?
還是只是我的體能不足而已?
大家運動完後精神有變好的傾向嗎?
