慢跑後體脂肪變高 - 健身

在下我最近開始慢跑
一次大約是4KM或5KM
之前都只有重訓跟打球
可是因為肚子的小腹一直消不掉所以想要把體脂肪降低
但是今天去量體脂的時候發現了一件驚人的事情
身高:185
體重:80
體脂肪:17.7%
內臟脂肪:6
基礎代謝:1776
BMI:23.4
體脂肪17.7%讓我嚇到了
因為大概兩個禮拜前我量測的體脂肪是15.7%
開始慢跑以後體重跟體脂肪都變大了
想請問大家是因為跑的時間還不夠久(我開始認真跑的連續第5天)
還是應該要減少跑呢?
