慢跑新手給準備/正要開始慢跑的人小經驗 - 健身

我是在中央大學操場跑的, 這邊一堆神人, 多看多學
還有參考精華區, 慢跑專區...
下面是我的經驗, 希望對想要開始慢跑的人一些幫助
.
1. 跑步眼睛要看前方, 不要在地上找錢, 或者看跑道
備註: 網友熱情分享, 如果路跑(跑馬路)時,眼睛請一定要注意路面, 台灣馬路狀況多
備註: 網友熱情分享, 路跑/操場都適用, 視線盡量不低頭、放遠 注意障礙物...

2. 胸要挺起來, 我是女生一開始都有點駝背, 但是這樣跑反而累
備註: 網友熱情分享, 簡單來說就是脊椎打直
.
3. 要優雅地跑, (神人都是這樣跑的)
意思是腳步不要太重, 肚子要提一點氣, 上半身不要晃來晃去
備註: 網友熱情分享, 推薦用小腿推跑的方式
.
4. 步伐不用大, 神人們跑得快是因為兩腳交換速度快, 不是大步伐
.
5. 手是輔助, 但不要晃來晃去, 像打腰鼓的姿勢小擺動
.
6. 我的跑法:
快走-->覺得OK開始慢跑-->太喘回復快走-->恢復呼吸後開始慢跑 (一直循環)
.
7. 帶音樂去聽, 可以的話用一首歌做為目標, 一首慢跑, 下一首快走
體力變好, 可以跑兩首, 走一首(中板速度的歌就好, 不要太熱血, 我們是初跑者)
備註: 網友熱情分享, 可以不聽音樂好好聽聽自己跑步的聲音, enjoy

8. 聽到副歌/喜歡的句子, 可以跟著哼,
如果可以一直唱就是你跑太慢; 如果唱不出來, 就是你跑太快
旁邊如果很多人, 不要嚇到別人, 小聲點^^"
.
9. 可以去書店看 "一個人去跑步" 高木直子 畫/寫的 (漫畫形式, 初跑者好用)
.
10 跑多次體力就上來了, 慢跑時間就會拉長
.
11 一定要暖身還有跑完後伸展, 隔天鐵腿程度差很大
.
12 我是小胖, 兩腿間肉肉多, 一開始要在兩腿間抹一點凡士林, 不然一直摩擦會痛
備註: 網友熱情分享, 買件三鐵褲來穿/穿褲襪/韻律褲(透氣)就可以改善
.
13 不要穿棉T, 買一件排汗衣真的有差
備註: 網友熱情分享, 排汗衣不要買太便宜, 大廠品質比較有保障

14 買一雙慢跑好鞋
