是這樣的
我從八月初開始慢跑
每次約跑兩公里
大約會跑800M 走200M
本來想增加跑的距離
不過小腿下半部會鐵腿....
所以用走的舒緩...
爬了版上的文章後
有人說
"小腿會鐵腿是出力不當的關係
慢跑是以大腿帶力
會酸屁股跟大腿"
於是乎今天我試著用大腿帶力
讓自己腳步有跳躍的感覺
可是發現自己才跑200M就有點不行了
於是今天跑200走100不知道持續多久Q_Q
想請問我該持續這樣訓練
還是回到我原本小腿鐵腿跑的方式比較好QQ??
