停滯期 是指體重停滯 還是體脂也會停滯?? - 健身

三餐內容
早餐:1.全麥吐司兩三片+約50g鮪魚(罐頭)+水果+豆漿(少糖)
2.生菜沙拉+水果 偶而喝個咖啡(無糖)
午餐:一碗飯+青菜兩三樣+肉+一碗湯+水果
晚餐:1.全麥吐司兩三片+約50g鮪魚(罐頭)+水果+三顆茶葉蛋(蛋白)
日常作息時間:凌晨0,1點~早上7,8點
生活型態:工讀生
運動習慣:
天天慢跑6km/35分鐘,心跳數約160~210/min
一、三、五重訓 (學那四周練出肌肉 什麼的...)
我的問題:
最近在實施有氧及重訓運動 希望能減到標準的64公斤 體脂15%
有氧及重訓開始大概十幾天了吧! 這是沒有紀錄的 運動量比較小 也不積極
雖然如此 還是有瘦大概兩三公斤
最近開始紀錄 約四天了吧! 飲食及運動量如上 比較積極
體重一直在71~73 打轉 體脂也一直在 22~23
我想應該是碰上停滯期了!
"我想"停滯期 應該是指體重吧?! 為了不讓體重突然驟降太快的機制吧!
應該跟體脂扯不上關係吧?
照理說若在停滯期 做有氧(消耗脂肪) 重訓(增加肌力)
應該體重會不變 體脂會減少 肌肉會增加
但體脂卻沒什麼下降= =
我可是有在有氧重訓耶~
有什麼辦法能讓體脂下降??
