請問為什麼一直打哈欠? - 健身

我是重訓新手,約一個禮拜而已,
(一)
我會先跑15分鐘的慢跑機,接著,選自己看起來比較喜歡的機台玩,
可是,
剛開始做7~10下而已,就狂打哈欠....
但自己會硬撐著做到15下,
以15下為一組,可以做2~4組不定...
但就是一直打哈欠,請問版上有大大可以告訴我是什麼原因嗎?
(二)
有一種扭腰的機器,要練側腰肌肉的那種,
它有兩個向上可握的把手,以及放手肘的地方,
我發現我握到上面的把手,就放不到手肘;反之亦然。
請問我該握上面,還是放下面??我找不到可以調的地方。
(三)
還有一台機器是雙手往上舉的,
我用最輕的,卻連一下都舉不起來,
請問如何才能舉動它呢?
以上三個問題,希望版上有大大可以解惑,ㄚ哩ㄚ豆!
