體脂率:27.5% (超高啊XD)

三餐內容
早餐:火腿蛋或培根蛋之類+奶茶
午餐:有時不吃 有時吃自助餐 飯量少
晚餐:一班家庭菜色 飯量少
其他:
日常作息時間:暑假只吃兩餐,因為睡滿晚的XD 但平常約7、8點起床,晚上12點多睡
生活型態:大學應屆畢業生
運動習慣:每週 2~3次 快走40MIN 睡前仰臥起坐50下,抬腿15min
我的問題:
我看起來瘦瘦的,但是一摸就知道肉超多
是真的很多而且很軟,尤其是腰間,贅肉會從褲子旁邊溢出來
吃的很少也有在計算熱量,一天約攝取1200kcal
但體重完全不降 肉也不會消失:((
大家可以告訴我我的問題在哪裡嗎?
