重訓時都會先去跑步機慢跑暖身
都是直接按 quick start
再慢慢加速到9~11 kph
覺得很喘的時候就會降速到5~7 順便喝水
問題是這個時候量心跳都在180上下(印象中好像有19?過)
會不會飆太高了?
喔對了 我是女生 19歲 180/77
