慢跑會一直注意設定的時間 - 健身

維持了一個多月的40分鐘慢跑
一日跑一日休息一日跑一日休息的方式,每次固定跑40分鐘,飲食沒特別規劃,有比正常吃
少吃一點
平常沒固定運動習慣,怕減重改變太多習慣會很快就放棄,所以從選擇固定慢跑開始,結果
這兩個月下來體重一樣,看起來也沒比較瘦
而且每次出去慢跑,都會一直注意看時間是不是到了自己設定的時間:哇跑一半了,還有一
半、還有15分鐘、還有10分鐘、剩3分......等等的
明明知道時間還久,卻忍不住一直去注意時間,跑得我身體累,心也好累
有嘗試過聽音樂,會覺得跑步時間很快就過了,但是耳機戴著跑不知道為什麼會一直掉,這
樣跑步還要分心去喬耳機又很...
請問有什麼方法可以解決各項困擾呢?
