慢跑的方式 - 健身

我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的版規:(是/否,未詳讀即發問者刪文退回)是
目前開始練跑將近一個月了
每天固定跑家附近的國中操場
20圈,修正為約5km,在走路湊滿1hr
(一圈約1:50min,最外圈:修正為250m)
也有做飲食控制
但覺得體脂下降的實在非常少
(游泳圈還是不離不棄,完全沒有要跟我分手的意思)
想看看有沒有需要調整方式,或者也可以給我其他跑的方式的建議
1.維持持續慢跑10圈不停,走1圈,再慢跑10圈的模式
2.走一圈,快跑(1.08min左右),再走再跑,交替做完20圈
想問那種方式對降體脂來說比較有效率?
