慢跑膝蓋痛 - 健身

小弟我身高178(cm) 體重77(kg) 體脂16-18%(學校儀器量的)
平常有重訓的習慣 (胸+三頭)兩天 (背+三角+二頭)兩天 腿一天 跑步兩天
固定跑步正式算的話 應該近一年半吧 速度大概 30分鐘 6km
我每次都跑30分鐘
但是今年冬天 遇到問題了 在12月中時
由於報考地特以及考完休息 所以休了兩個禮拜沒跑
恢復跑步後 跑完隔天右膝竟然會痠痛 尤其是下樓梯更明顯 痠痛無力
是我熱身不夠嗎? 應該不是肌耐力或肌力不足 因為這一年多來也都這樣
