慢跑過後的充飢 - 健身

之後看過一篇文 大意是說慢跑後的一個小時 會有很明顯的飢餓感
夜市又很近 與明顯的飢餓感相處 真的很難過這關
今天想到紅豆薏仁湯 不加糖 來充飢 >>>總比去夜市來的好
一次攝取量大概會固定 250cc 約半個碗
但 不知道這舉動是否有什麼影響
或是有其他的建議
