應該攝取多少熱量? - 減肥

印象中有在一篇減肥文章中看到,
假如想要健康瘦下來的話,
可以採用運動消耗250卡+少吃250卡=每天減少500卡的方式進行,
如此一來每天減少500卡,
約2週就可減1公斤(500卡x15~16天=7500~8000卡),
這樣就能達到每月減2公斤的健康減肥進度,
我覺得這個方式對我來說應該蠻可行的,
因為我目前有慢跑習慣,
但我有點困惑的是,
假設我每天慢跑6公里(約50分鐘),預估可消耗250卡,
而我的基代大約1160卡(嗚~特低),
又常看板友建議每天要吃超過基代200~300卡左右(假設也多吃250卡好了)
那我在飲食方面,糾竟是要吃1160-250(少吃)=910卡,
或是1160-250(少吃)+250(超過基代)=1160卡呢?
但是...1160卡好像也低於一般建議每天至少攝取1200卡耶Orz
請問我到底該吃多少才能達到每天減少500卡的目標呢?
