我很難運動超過20分鐘 - 健身

近日體重飆升
所以開始運動
但是我發現我很難運動超過20分鐘
跑步--沒辦法跑超過400m,會很喘很喘
快走--沒辦法超過20分鐘,小腿前側會很痠很痛
xbike--沒辦法超過20分鐘,大腿會沒力
踩樓梯--沒辦法超過20分鐘,大腿會沒力
其實想要問的是...
333運動法則中的30分鐘,可以15分鐘+15分鐘嗎?中間大概距離1~2小時
這樣會有效果嗎?
或是中間休息的時間不要超過多久會比較好呢?
