有一種很方便的方法
早上去游泳(捷式 或 蝶式 不用多 累積500M 就好)
下午去慢跑 (不用多 不求快 半小時就好)
晚上做點仰臥起坐 (伏地挺身就不太用了 只要游泳有認真在游)
吃的東西不要太怪
只要持續3個月 身材會很好
