... 我之前有發過小腿很粗的文,德到建議可以增強上半身
看起來比較平衡..本身很瘦不太長肉,目前170cm 62kg
感覺體重還可以,可是上半身沒什麼肉,都往下半身長
我家沒有任何的健身器材 .. 只有啞鈴 16P 一個有需要可在買
順便給小弟建議如果要買,該買多重的呢?
我想要有粗粗有肉的手臂 .. 不希望有太明顯的線條,但又感覺不虛
我目前19歲而已 能不能教我怎麼練? 拜託了 能增加身體厚度及手臂
練完是否要拉筋.. 飲食方面多吃什麼容易長肉呢
我的肩膀很寬 ... 希望可以不要把肩膀練寬 謝謝大大們無私指導
