看過版上的資訊,如果慢跑的單次距離太長或時間超過30分鐘,會燃燒肌肉
那麼就..我一天慢跑兩次,分成早上跟晚上,每次都不超過30分鐘
這樣子的話,一天當中我等於多燃燒一次體脂肪
這樣可行嗎
