巨巨們好,小弟開始健身約半年,但是是鳥仔腳
目前開始練腿,就從深蹲開始,
使用深蹲架,入門用槓片左右各10公斤。
但是,約10下就軟腿,做完五組,有點站不穩,。
是太肉腳嗎,要減輕重量嗎。
目前正皮皮挫中潑文。
