我應該先增肌還是減脂 請求各位意見 - 健身

大家好
我目前體脂大約20%,肌肉大約35kg,79公斤
一週兩次拳擊,四次重訓,胸,背,腿,手臂都分開練習
三餐的話
早餐:一個水煮蛋,生菜,麵包,幾片肉,牛奶
午餐:水煮花枝,滷蛋、白飯、炒蛋、豆腐青菜
晚餐:白飯,炒牛肉或雞肉,青菜,湯(媽媽煮)
一天無糖豆漿一瓶,含糖飲料絕對不碰目前這樣已經兩個月,可是體脂和肌肉量都沒變化,還是維持體脂20%我是不是哪裡做錯了,有地方需改進?增肌減脂可以並行嗎?另外我一天吃不到1.5倍或2倍體重蛋白質,需要喝乳清嗎?
